Hi! I'm Vikki. As a nurse by background, I completely get the importance of looking after your wellbeing.

We often have a very reactive approach to health and wellness, responding to symptoms and illness rather than proactively focusing our attention to staying well and feeling our best. We are so incredibly fortunate to have a health service that we can turn to in times of illness, but options to maximise our wellness can be very limited. That can change and I would love to support you to take control.

Perhaps you feel generally tired and are experiencing a lack of energy, perhaps your skin feels dull, perhaps you are finding recovery after exercise harder or just want to detox your body and 'reset' - there are lots of ways that I can support you to shine from the inside out and feel your best!

As a fully trained, insured and experienced phlebotomist, I can take blood so that you can get a picture of what is going on inside your body. I can administer vitamin injections and IV nutrient drips to support your wellness goals too. There is a lot of emerging research about the role of our microbiome on health, and I offer microbiome testing so that you can explore as many avenues as possible to take the first steps to maximum health and wellness.

Before any treatments, we will complete a full medical history questionnaire and discuss your wellness goals together. I can then get the most appropriate therapy prescribed especially for you and help you to reach those goals and feel the best you can!
