Measuring the balance of your microbiome takes precision testing and careful intervention which is why we offer clinical-grade microbiome testing. You can choose how much detail you want to explore, from gut health to pathogen screening.
We will have an initial consultation to discuss your symptoms and wellness goals. You will then perform the test at home and send your sample to the laboratory. Once the results are available, we will have an interpretation call where we will explore the comprehensive and interactive report and from this, I can give targeted advice for diet, lifestyle and supplementation changes (as needed) so that you have a real understanding of what your microbiome is telling us and how you can make those first steps to feeling your best. We will schedule a further 2 follow up calls once you have started making changes to review your progress.
Microbiome test range
All packages include an initial consultation, at home test kit, complete and detailed results report, 1 hour interpretation call to discuss results and targeted advice to improve health based on what is found, written follow up with information / recipes etc, 2 further follow up calls to monitor progress, 10% off repeat testing. All consultations can be performed over Zoom or in person as preferred (subject to location).
